This page explains what happens to the details you send through the order form on simplesiteslondon.co.uk.

Who I am

Simple Sites London is a trading name of Kristof Kovacs, sole trader. I decide how your details are used (the “controller”). Email: kristof@simplesiteslondon.co.uk.

What I collect

Only what you type into the order form: the package you choose, your name, your business name, your email address, and, if you add them, your phone number, your current website or Instagram, and your message.

Why I use it

To reply to you and to do the work you ask for. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (UK GDPR, Article 6(1)(b)). I don’t sell your details, and I don’t add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

The website runs on Cloudflare. When you send the form, Cloudflare passes your details to my email inbox (Gmail, run by Google). Both companies process data for me under their own data protection terms.

How long I keep it

For as long as I need it to answer you and do the work, and after that only if the law requires it, for example for invoices.

This website does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. See the Cookies page.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Email kristof@simplesiteslondon.co.uk, reply to any email from me, or send a message on Instagram. If you are not happy with the answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
