Good to know
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No separate call-out fee. The price we agree on the phone covers the visit and the fix. If the job turns out bigger, we tell you before doing anything else.
Do you work evenings and weekends?
Weekday evenings until 7pm and Saturday mornings. For a real emergency outside those hours, call and we’ll tell you honestly if we can come.
Do you work for landlords and letting agents?
Yes. We can meet tenants at the property and send you photos and an invoice when the job is done.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer when the job is finished.
